What is covered?

Our comprehensive pre-purchase and pre-sale building inspections include a PDF report on the following, complete with photographs: 

Interior - Walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors and frames, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, laundry and any staircases.

Roof Space - Roof coverings, framing, sarking, party walls and insulation.

Subfloor Space - If accessible.

Exterior - Walls, cladding, door and window frames, flashings, chimneys and stairs.

Roof Exterior - Sheeting/tiles, skylights, vents, flues, guttering, downpipes, eaves, fascias and barges.

Site - Timber or steel framed structures, pergolas, decks, carports, sheds, retaining walls, paths and driveways, fencing and surface water.
